Keeping Track of Calories

I recently added an app to my phone so that I can (hopefully) keep better track of calories and exercise. The site is http://www.myfitnesspal.com/.

I know you said you have 43 to go on the side but you look amazing!!! I am pretty sure that I have about 38-40 more pounds in order to get to my goal weight so maybe we can motivate each other. I'll do a post this week about the plastic surgeon. It was good-The main outcome was to come back after I get to my goal weight! So that's motivation! Just gotta get there! Thanks for commenting!
